01. Every cat bed is a unique handmade item, so patterns and details may vary slightly. The wool may contain small amounts of natural impurities. If you find this unacceptable, please consider your purchase carefully.
02. Hand Wash (Strongly Recommended) Soak the cat bed in a basin of water. Gently rub it with your hands, then rinse off the soap thoroughly. When drying, place a towel underneath the bed, pat it back into its original shape with your hands, and let it air dry naturally. Note: Because this is a handmade wool product, washing the entire bed may cause slight changes to its shape, but this will not affect its use.
03. To prevent cross-infection between pets, returns or exchanges are not supported once the product has been opened. We appreciate your understanding.
Cleaning Guide

Machine Wash Use a washing machine with warm water on a quick wash cycle for 15 minutes (spin drying is not recommended). When drying, place a towel underneath the cat bed, pat the bed back into its original shape with your hands, and let it air dry naturally.
Precautions:
Do not use bleach or cleaning products containing bleach.
Do not wash roughly, such as violently rolling, twisting, or tearing the material.
Use room temperature water (do not exceed 30°C / 86°F).
Do not use a tumble dryer.
Do not hang dry (dry flat).
